إن الأحزاب الشيوعية والعمالية، الموقعة على هذا النداء:
1) تدين بشدة موقف الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب الغير مقبول، الذي تعترف بموجبه الولايات المتحدة بالقدس عاصمة لإسرائيل.
2) إن هذا القرار يقوض النضال العادل للشعب الفلسطيني ضد الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، من أجل إقامة دولة فلسطينية ضمن حدود عام 1967 مع القدس الشرقية عاصمة لها، و الاعتراف بهذه الدولة. وعلاوة على ذلك، فإن هذا القرار، الذي يشكل تحديا خطيرا لشعوب الشرق الأوسط، يتجه نحو خلق اندلاع أعم في المنطقة لتلبية حاجات المخططات الإمبريالية الأمريكية.
3) و هناك مسؤوليات أيضاً للاتحاد الأوروبي تجاه هذا التطور، ولقادة دوله الاعضاء عموماً، و هي التي عمقت على مدى سنوات حتى الآن، من علاقاتها مع دولة إسرائيل، في وقت اضطهادها و قتلها الشعب الفلسطيني.
4) إننا ندعو العمال وجميع الشعوب، لتعزيز تضامنهم مع الشعب الفلسطيني، من أجل الافراج عن آلاف السجناء السياسيين من السجون الإسرائيلية، و إزالة جدار العار، و انسحاب الجيش الإسرائيلي من جميع الأراضي المحتلة عام 1967، بما في ذلك مرتفعات الجولان (سوريا) ومنطقة شبعا (لبنان)، و إزالة أي شكل من أشكال الحصار المضروب على الفلسطينيين في الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة، و عودة اللاجئين الفلسطينيين إلى ديارهم، استنادا إلى قرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، و للاعتراف بدولة فلسطينية مستقلة وذات سيادة وقابلة للحياة على حدود 1967، وعاصمتها القدس الشرق
