Dear comrades,

The topic of this conference is rather actual in the context of recent world events. Capitalist barbarism creates not only new conflicts, but the war, which has embraced both sides of the Mediterranean. United States imperialism is getting closer to their goal of unleashing large-scale military conflict in Europe.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking recently to Russia Federal Assembly, openly declared to nation that Russia is already in a state of war. Russia is part of Europe a de facto embroiled in inter-state armed conflicts and in the war against pseudo-state - ISIS. The young russian capitalism is eager to expand into territories republics of the former Soviet Union. But here it is already limited by other global and regional capitalist power centers. Hence there are new interests and fight for the right of global and regional leadership.

We are Russian Communists, know about the class nature of the interests of big russian bourgeoisie.  At the same time, we understand that the essences of the conflict and attempts  to isolate Russia, are both ideological and geopolitical. Is clear to us that the existence of an independent Russian - it is a potential threat to the New World Order led by the United States.

Therefore, our Party supports all steps to preserve Russia's sovereignty, as the potential for possibility for the implementation of the new communist project, and later the global triumph of communism. Only Marxism can help to choose the right course between the treacherous alliance with the bourgeoisie and agile play on the contradictions. Preservation the sovereignty of Russia helps to restrain the New World Order led by the United States. It is a necessary but insufficient condition.

A century ago, our party ahead of the course of history and established the World of Labor and the state of creative development of individuals. Our goals were great, our ideals were noble. Capital retreated, went on concessions around the world, the Workers understood who is making the future.

Almost a century capital struggled with the Soviet Republic. Finally, embroiling the Soviet Union into the game by their own rules imposed the consumption race. USSR abandoned that to strive for, replaced space flight and spirituality by philistine interests. At this point, our fate was determined and death was imminent.

The destruction of the Soviet Union, allowed the capital to prolong the time of its existence, due to pillage the remnants of the country, and rolling back the social gains of workers around the world. At the same time the success of new technologies, becoming the fifth techno-economic paradigm gave hope for capitalists that the end supposedly can be postponed forever. But the law of falling a stone on the ground can not be canceled, as well as can not be canceled the objective laws of development of society which opened by Marx.

Yugoslavia, Iraq, Egypt, Libya, Ukraine, Syria… it has begun the active phase of capitalist expansion, which aims to further exploitation of the periphery to maintain the economies of the center. Transnational corporations and the imperialist powers frantically share pieces of the world, to somehow prolong its existence. By using pseudo-patriotism, xenophobia and even fascism, capitalists involving people into the war on their side.

What we see now - is the objective laws of sunset of the capitalist era. It comes a new era, comparable in its scale to the previous changes of technological structures. The exponential development of technology, working at the intersection of disciplines and other processes in the capitalist world could lead to a rethinking of man to himself "dehumanization" in the most literal, material sense. The philosophical, ethical concepts to will force to rethink.

Technological abilities unfold, which so did not suffice the Soviet Union, and at the same time, they are fraught with the danger of preservation neo-fascism. Come into sight new contradictions, which in their turn generating new forces that will destroy the old order.

Who is he, the modern proletariat which capitalism will cause a deadly blow? No doubt millions of workers, workers in the industry in different parts of the world - from Europe to the modern factory barracks in the free economic zone. But do not dismiss the new proletariat - intellectual workers, engineers, specialists in IT, workers of science and culture.

In Russia today, the industrial working class to include 26 million proletarians - more than a third of whole wage earners. More 5.5 million workers are employed in trade, consumer services and utilities. With employees in agriculture and forestry the working class in Russia exceeds 35 million people.

They need to organize, make class consciousness. In fact in Russia it is practically impossible to create a real working and fighting for the rights of association of workers. Often this is a pseudo-labour union, organizations, who is masking themselves under loud name. Real labour unions are harassed, persecuted their organizers, their activities are constantly blocked. Against the backdrop of the deteriorating economic situation, it becomes extremely important factor in the workers' struggle for their rights.

It should be noted here that we should learn from our European comrades - European labor unions have their own voice and can, albeit limited, the power of capital is high, to defend their rights, to the streets, to strike and to seek justice.

We highly appreciate the experience of the communist parties of European countries and seek to learn from him in our work. Because you live more than 100 years in the reality in which we find ourselves now - your experience of the class struggle and the gains of for workers under the offensive of capital and strengthen the exploitation of can not be overemphasized. For us it is very valuable participated comrades in the plenary sessions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, is the key to the development of our cooperation, undermined in the 90s, when the Communist Party of our country, and the country's very existence was threatened.
