D. Koutsoumpas’ letter concerning the anti-communist laws was delivered to the Ambassador of Ukraine
A delegation of the KKE and KNE, headed by Kostas Papadakis, member of the CC and MEP of the party, carried out a protest at the Ukrainian embassy against the anti-communist laws on 20/4.
The delegation met with the Ukrainian Ambassador in Athens, Volodymyr Shkurov, and delivered to him the letter of the GS of the CC of the KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumpas, to the President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, in relation to the unacceptable law that outlaws the dissemination of communist ideology and equates communism with Nazism.
“Hands off the communists. Anti-communism will not succeed” was written on the banner of the KKE and KNE, while the slogans that were heard outside the embassy had a similar content.
