Athens: Mass mobilization of pensioners

On 18 February 2026, pensioners from Attica took to the streets and marched to the Ministry of National Economy, where they submitted a memorandum outlining their demands. Among other things, they demand pension increases, the payment of the 13^th and 14^th pensions, the recruitment of nursing staff and doctors, the establishment of public nursing homes, etc.
