The KKE and the Communist Party of Turkey are planning joint campaigns in major German cities over the coming days, following their recent joint statement on developments in Greek-Turkish relations.
Through these campaigns in Düsseldorf, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg and elsewhere, the KKE and the TKP are reaching out to Greek and Turkish migrants living in Germany, as well as to workers of other nationalities, conveying their joint appeal, as set out in the statement: “We demand that the will of the two neighbouring peoples be respected – their desire and demand to live in peace – and through their joint struggle they can become leading forces, paving the way for the overthrow of the system of exploitation and war, and for a new socialist society.”
