An event entitled “The EU is an accomplice in the attack on the people. No sacrifices for the imperialists’ profits, armaments, and wars” was held by the KKE’s MEPs in Brussels, presenting a wealth of information, valuable experience, and important conclusions.
The opening address was delivered by Kostas Papadakis, member of the Central Committee and MEP for the KKE. The keynote speech was given by Giorgos Marinos, member of the Political Bureau of the CC of the KKE. Contributions were also made by Amalia Papasotiriou, retired Air Force Colonel, and Katia Antoniadi, journalist and war correspondent for ERT.
The event was followed by a lively discussion, during which retired Armed Forces officers took the floor, sharing their experiences and conclusions.
