Os Partidos Comunistas e Operários denunciam a festa anticomunista organizada pela Presidência estónia da UE, no âmbito do chamado "Dia Europeu de evocação das vítimas de regimes totalitários" – que, nos últimos anos, a UE tem tentado estabelecer no dia 23 de agosto. O encontro anticomunista visa difamar o socialismo e as suas conquistas sem precedentes para os trabalhadores, falsificar a história, e equiparar, histórica e inaceitavelmente, o comunismo com o monstro do fascismo e as suas atrocidades. A provocatória identificação do comunismo com o fascismo significa absolver o fascismo e o ventre que o dá à luz e o alimenta, o explorador sistema capitalista. É por isso que, quando os comunistas estão a ser perseguidos e condenados e os partidos comunistas estão a ser proibidos em vários países da UE, são, em simultâneo, atribuídas honras e concedidas pensões aos colaboradores nazis e aos seus descendentes políticos.
Os trabalhadores e os povos podem agora tirar conclusões sobre o facto de a escalada do anticomunismo expressar a intensificação das medidas antipopulares, a restrição dos direitos dos trabalhadores e dos povos, o desencadeamento de novas guerras imperialistas.
A verdade virá ao de cima. 100 anos após a Grande Revolução Socialista de Outubro, a superioridade do sistema socialista não pode ser escondida, embora lhe arremessem muitas toneladas de lama. Os povos, através da sua luta, encontrarão o caminho para uma sociedade onde a riqueza pertencerá àqueles que a produzem, o socialismo-comunismo.
