Condemns the new criminal action of the State of Israel in Syria

In a statement regarding the Israeli airstrike against Aleppo airport, the Department of International Relations of the Central Committee of KKE states the following:

 

"While the Syrian people are trying to heal the wounds of long-standing imperialist interventions and the destructions of the recent devastating earthquake, Israel launched a new raid that shut down Aleppo's international airport, a hub for humanitarian aid.

 

The KKE condemns the new criminal action of the state of Israel, which enjoys the support of the USA, NATO and the EU, and calls on the Greek people and the working class to strengthen their solidarity with the long-suffering Syrian people and with the other peoples affected by the barbaric Israeli aggression, as is the long-suffering people of Palestine."
