Victory to socialism in Greece

The Communist Party of Mauritius would like to extend its solidarity to the Greek working class, to the KKE and all the militants in the intense social and electoral struggles now facing the Greek working class and the elections on the 25th January. We wish the KKE every success in the forthcoming electoral struggles and a successful outcome.
The Greek working class not alone are facing an intense battle with the Greek ruling class but also with the European Union and other imperialist forces and interests.
We acknowledge the central role of the KKE over the last number of years in the battles to defend Greek workers from the onslaught of monopoly capitalism and from imperialism.
At this time we reaffirm our solidarity despite the differences in the concrete conditions we experience and our different assessments of the alignment of forces and the way forward.
We salute your courage and hope that the KKE will come out of this current electoral challenge stronger, but more importantly, as a stronger fighting force, strengthening its links with the people for the coming battles ahead.
